Refund Initiation:


If a user wishes to seek a refund after purchasing the Job Package, Hotel Rozgar will initiate the refund process within 7 working days under the following conditions:

1- Unused Package:If the customer has not utilized the Job Package by posting any job listings.


Non-Refundable Situations:


No refund will be initiated under the following circumstances:

1- Job Posting Utilized:

If the customer has posted at least one job using the purchased Job Package.


2- Refund Request After 24 Hours:

Refund requests made after 24 hours of the initial purchase will not be eligible for processing.


Refund Method:


The refund amount will be credited to the same account from which the purchase was made.
